Best Post-Workout Treatment EVER

“I’m pretty active: I kickbox 4-6 times a week, I’ve run two marathons, and I’ve helped countless people move heavy furniture.  But I have never experienced pain and soreness like I did the day after I took a Bar Method class.  It felt as though someone had poured boiling acid on my thighs–the very motion of sitting down caused me to hurl expletives and silently curse the Bar instructor who was responsible for my condition.  I decided to get a massage rather than wait it out, even though I knew it would be agonizing.  I entrusted my legs to the very capable hands of Riley.  I told him what was going on and he very confidently set to work. The next day, I was overjoyed to discover that I had almost no soreness in my legs and even went to my regular kickboxing class that evening.  I was so thankful that I emailed Riley to extol his magical healing skills. I look forward to my next session with him!”— Gina L.
